- Exclusive and study focused small group training with Jo Williams. Jo's sessions are 2-3 times per week, are anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours, participants typically see more intense results (these sessions are 4-5 times more intense and also require brute discipline!) Jo's sessions are always posted and/or emailed 1 week prior to all JO PLUS PLAN members.
- You will need to be available and flexible for Jo's training sessions. "If I call you to get your butt to Centennial Park at 4 am or 7:30 pm on a Tuesday, is YOUR GOAL WORTH IT ENOUGH to be disciplined enough to be there? If the answer is YES, then these programs are for YOU.
